Standard Terms & Condition
Welcome to Desquad Design! These terms and conditions govern the provision of our online services and graphic design offerings, including but not limited to website design and development, logo design, and brochure design. Please read the following carefully, as they apply to all projects undertaken by Desquad Design for our valued clients.
1. Supply of Material: Clients must provide all necessary materials and information as per the agreed specifications, including photographs, written copy, logos, and any other relevant content. Any delay in material submission leading to project delays gives us the right to extend deadlines accordingly. Failure to supply materials hindering work progress may result in invoicing for completed work.
2. Requirements: Clients are required to clearly define project requirements during the initial phase. Any variations must be communicated in writing.
3. Invoice: Payment is divided into two phases:
- 60% at project commencement (upon client’s confirmation to proceed)
- 40% at project delivery
4. Multiple Revisions: Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
- Changing the brief after work commencement
- Multiple revisions/corrections requested by the client
5. Design Rights: Desquad Design holds the right to upload, share, display, or remove product presentation images on our social platforms and websites at our discretion.
6. Source File Responsibility: After providing final files, clients are responsible for file storage. Charges may apply for file resend requests, depending on backup recovery. Desquad Design is not responsible for files temporarily deleted by clients.
7. Non-Disclosure: We commit to not disclose any confidential information to third parties.
8. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desquad Design excludes all terms, conditions, warranties, or representations not expressly provided in these terms. Our liability, where permitted, is limited to the replacement, re-repair, or re-supply of contracted services or payment for the cost of those services.
